Not sure exactly what you're using the build for -- PvE? PvP/GvG/?

I am quite fond of the BA / Apply Poison duo for most of PvE. However, in the interest of energy management and efficiency, I would suggest Hunter's Shot and Crossfire.

Apply your poison and target with Burning Arrow - double bang for your first hit. Most foes won't have a whole lot of hp left after that and should fall quickly enough. Once you're comfortable with using the two skills in tandem - with Crossfire, especially - you will eliminate any threat rather quickly.

I really am not trying to sound mean, but HOW Many times have we been here?!

The build is good but it's so common, it's only a few key skills

Preparation (Apply Poions/Barbed Arrow for Degen, Kindle for DPS)
Burning Arrow
Screaming Shot(Degen) or Crossfire(DPS)
IAS Or Serpent Quickness(Recharge)
3 other skills
Rev.

I might make a thread just to summarize the versatility of the elite.

The build looks good, but I would suggest you drop Lightning Reflexes. Perhaps go /W and use Flurry to help increase attack speed to allow spreading of poison to multiple targets, then use Burning Arrow on your primary foe. Also, I tend to not see much use for 2 interupts in a build unless you want to focus on this. All in all, this isn't very different than what I commonly run with Burning Arrow.
